Prawn Pepper Fry Recipe

Fiery Prawn Pepper Recipe

All you need is:

  1. 500 grams Prawns 
  2. ½ cup Chopped onions
  3. ¼ cup Curry Leaves
  4. 1 tsp Black Pepper
  5. 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  6. ½ tsp red chili
  7. ½ tsp Haldi
  8. 1 tsp Lime juice
  9. Salt as required
  10. Chopped coriander for garnishing 

Method:

  • Take clean prawns in a bowl, add turmeric powder and salt and let it sit for around 10 minutes. 
  • Take a pan, and pour some oil, and heat it. Stir-fry the prawns until they are light pink. 
  • Now take them off the heat and let them rest for a while. 
  • Now in the same pan, add ginger garlic paste, curry leaves, onions, and stir them until everything is soft and cooked.
  • After that add prawns, red chili, and salt to it.
  • Cover the pan and cook them for 3-4 minutes.
  • In the end, add the pepper powder and cook it for another few minutes.
  • Take it off from the heat and add some lime juice, garnish coriander on the top for the final look and serve it hot.
