In a single Pakistan Super League (PSL) season Babar Azam becomes the first player to hit 500 runs.

The first player to score 500 rounds in one PSL season was created history by Captain Babar Azam. He blasted 23 runs off 25 balls at the innings against Quetta Gladiators, taking his total to 501. The batsman Mohammad Rizwan, from Multan Sultan, was underneath him.
In his PSL career, the flamboyant batter crosses the 2000 mark and is the first player to achieve this milestone. Babar is the best scorer in the history of the competition, with 2,017 running in 55 innings. He is joined by Kamran Akmal, who scored 1.763 runs in 65 innings against Peshawar Zalmi.
