Prime Minister Imran Khan has declared that there is a great aptitude for tourism in the nation.
Subject to the chairmanship of Prime Minister Imran Khan, the 12th Gilgit-Baltistan committee took place. According to the details, this session involved the Gilgit-Baltistan council laws 2021 was approved.
In this meeting, the council affirmed the publication of a policy mandate considering the auction of the next generation of mobile customs spectrum. The council also legalized the nomination of Minhas Hussain, District and Sessions judge Ghizr as the judge for the Banking’s and Customs court Gilgit-Baltistan.
The Gilgit-Baltistan’s chief minister informed Imran Khan regarding the latest situations caused by the current rains and its relief actions.
Supervising the meeting, Imran Khan indicated that there is vast potential for tourism in the region. To promote this potential, building up-to-date infrastructure and training the residents regarding tourism is essential. Prime Minister Imran Khan further added that tourism should be encouraged to provide favorable economic chances to the local civilizations.
