Pakistan’s First Ever e-Bike

PM Imran Khan launched Pakistan’s first ever e-bike (electric bike) in a ceremony in Islamabad on Thursday.

PM praised the initiative in the ceremony undertaken by his government to introduce environment friendly vehicles. He further said that his government is taking measures to ensure Pakistan-generated wealth, because if it would not be done Pakistan will be out at elbows and time and again will have to turn to International Monetary Fund (IMF) which will only bankrupt the country.

“Our people have been tested time and again and each time, they have done well”, said the Prime Minister while praising the general public and common Pakistanis. He said that the objective behind these measures of his government is that the faith of the people may be restored in the government.

While addressing the importance of e-vehicles, Prime Minister said that e-vehicles are important to Pakistan as they would help reduce environment pollution. He emphasized on the significance of Billion Tree Tsunami Project. Khan further said that the cities of Pakistan are sprawling fast due to the fast increase in population and without proper planning. Due to lack of planning, the cities faced problems such as water and energy shortages etc.
