The Medical Examination Of Minar-E-Pakistan’s Victim Completed

The incident took place at Minar-e-Pakistan on Independence Day, 14th August 2021 we all are hearing about. It is very shameful for us as a nation to be witnessing what just happened on that day. No one is safe in this country. The government should provide security so every female can feel safe in their country. 

In the latest news, the victim women’s medico-legal (which includes gynecological and bioethical) was completed at the Nawaz Sharif Teaching Hospital. The girl, named Ayesha, was sexually harassed by 400 men on Independence Day at Minar-e-Pakistan in the city of Lahore. According to the latest details, the police have arrested 30 people for investigation for their connection with the incident of Minar-e-Pakistan.  

One of Ayesha’s team members, Amir, called initially on emergency 15 at 7:15 pm. The second call was made at 7:26 pm and the third call was made at 8:15 pm. The relevant police officer came on the scene at 8.40 pm. 

The police team rescued the victim Ayesha from the scene and took her to the police station but they didn’t arrest any men on the spot. The victim Ayesha is a local citizen from Qila Lachhman Singh Ravi Road instead of Shahdara. She is a working woman. She is a nurse at the Punjab Institute of Cardiology.

These animals won’t spare anyone. Be it a young woman, an old lady, or a little girl, they will attack anyone. No matter they are with their family, friends, or alone, the results would remain the same. This is nothing to make memes on. The government should take strict actions against such people. Strict measures should be taken for the proper grooming of boys from a young age. So that they understand the concept of consent.
