Iqrar-Ul-Hassan Meets The Victim Girl Of Minar-E-Pakistan Incident

Hundreds of incidents happen on daily basis regarding harassment. Women and girls are harassed for no reason. On 14^th August 2021, a terrifying incident happened at Minar-e-Pakistan, Lahore. The incident that happened at Minar-e-Pakistan was about a woman who went there on Independence Day with her group of friends. There she was scrabbled by 400 men. This video went viral on the internet and people can’t control their anger.

All the 400 men were snatching her clothes, pulling her hair, and making her fly in the air. They were holding the woman from her hands, arms, legs, and feet. She was screaming for help but no man came for her help. Her friends called the police but the police didn’t notice and didn’t come to help the women. 

The woman named Ayesha filed an F.I.R against the 400 men. All the celebrities and the local citizens are raising their voices on this situation. They want justice for Ayesha and security for all the girls and women in the country. They said that they are not secured and feel safe in an independent country.

Iqrar-ul-Hassan is a well-known Pakistani name when it comes to journalism. He went to meet Ayesha to encourage her for filing the F.I.R against 400 men. He motivated her and after looking at the ongoing circumstances and security of the country he stated in his tweet that those who don’t have a daughter are lucky. We as a nation should be ashamed of what happened.

May Allah help us to keep our nation safe from these men. Let’s hope for the best for Ayesha that she will get justice and all these 400 men will get punished by the law. They should be punished so no man could ever think to sexually harass any other woman or girl. And the women can feel safe.
