Jazz and Warid customers can simply register themselves by dialing *786# and enter their CNIC issuance date which is provided on their CNIC card.
While other network subscribers are required to visit Jazz cash retailer, agents, franchise or experience center. There they will be required to register their account via biometric verification.
Moreover, they can also download Jazz cash app to register themselves from anywhere.
Step 2:
Now you are required to make your MPIN code, for this purpose jazz and Warid customers can dial *786# or use their mobile app to establish their MPIN code. MPIN is a 4 digit code and all your account transactions will be based on this code, thus you must not share it with anyone.
Other network users can also create their 4-digit MPIN using the mobile app.
In case, you forget your MPIN jazz and Warid customers can reset it by dialing 4444 and other network users can dial 051-111-124-444 to reset their MPIN.
Step 3:
To deposit money in your jazz cash account you are required to visit Jazz cash agent. To locate nearest Jazz Cash agent, write ‘B’ and send it to 2179 (no charges).
Funds from a bank account can also be transferred into a jazz-cash account via online banking or ATM. The user needs to choose “Mobilink Micro finance Bank” as their receiving bank. The phone number on which you register your Jazz-cash account is your mobile account number.
