This news spread like wildfire. Chaos runs through the western nations on Monday. Everyone is trying to get their people out of the war-hit country. The airports were flooded with people trying to flee the country.
However, Ashraf Ghani the President of Afghanistan ran away from the country on Sunday as the Taliban’s entered the capital and took over Afghanistan practically. The president of Afghanistan Ashraf stated that he wants to stay away from all of the bloodshed, but on the other side, Afghans were hopeless to leave flooded Kabul airport.
“Today is a great day for the Afghan people and the mujahideen. They have witnessed the fruits of their efforts and their sacrifices for 20 years,” the spokesman for the Taliban’s political office Mohammad Naeem told Al Jazeera TV.
“Thanks to God, the war is over in the country.”
A video was posted on social media in which the Taliban co-founder Abdul Ghani Baradar in which he video cast his success movements on social media. “Now it’s time to test and prove, we have to show that we can serve our nation and ensure security and comfort of life,” he said.
